Loan program requirements, fees, income limits and eligibility rules are set by the applicable agency — USDA, FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac — and by individual lenders, and they change without notice. Figures on this site are current as of the date of publication. Your file is underwritten against the guidelines in effect at the time, not against this website.

Eligibility checks

USDA property eligibility is determined by USDA's own maps and is set parcel by parcel. Any eligibility indication given here or in conversation is a courtesy check and is subject to verification and to USDA's final determination.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party services, including a scheduling tool, a loan application portal, YouTube, and government resources. Those services are operated by others and governed by their own terms.
